Early Tenancy Termination Fee (per property) If a tenant vacates a property prior to the end of the term, they will remain liable to pay the rent until the term expires or the property is re-let whichever is earlier.  Should the property be let during the fixed term, the tenant will also be responsible for the fees that will be incurred by the landlord 37.5% plus VAT of one month's rent.
